He is experienced in representing clients before the Surrogate's Courts of New York and Probate Courts of Connecticut.

He received his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School . After graduating New York Law School Anthony earned his Master of Laws in Taxation from Boston University School of Law in 1999. He is also a graduate of Fairfield University where he received his B.A., magna cum laude, in Politics and Religious Studies and graduated Phi Beta Kappa.
