Edward I. Sumber, P.C. is a law firm focusing on corporate purchases and sales, commercial real estate transactions, probate and estate planning and attorney ethics.

We are based in Carmel and White Plains, New York and we serve corporations, individuals and business enterprises in New York's Hudson Valley Region and in New York City.
